Rick Hinderer doesn’t just make knives, he also has a variety of tactical pens, tools and kubatons. In the Hinderer tool line is the HS TacTool, which has a mini prybar, bottle opener, and 1/4” bit holder. It includes a pocket clip, which can also be used as a money clip if needed.
The Rick Hinderer pens come in two varieties, the Investigator and the Extreme Duty. The Investigator Pen is very slim, ready for everyday use by someone in an office or in the field. The overall length is 4.25”, which suits almost any pocket size. The larger Extreme Duty measures 5 7/16” long, which can also be used as a kubaton for emergency self defense situations. No matter which Rick Hinderer pen you use, you will always be able to find refills, since they use a bold point Fisher Space Pen refill. Pens and Hinderer Tac Tools are available in multiple colors to suit your personal style.
