The Buck 664 Alpha Hunter Elite is a full-tang fixed blade built for the rigors of large game hunting and rugged outdoor use. Designed for hunters who demand both precision and durability, the 664 Alpha Hunter Elite delivers premium performance from field dressing to detailed processing work.

The 3.75-inch drop-point blade is crafted from CPM MagnaCut stainless steel, an exotic powder metallurgy alloy that delivers exceptional edge retention, toughness, and corrosion resistance without the tradeoffs found in other high-end steels. Buck's exclusive Paul Bos heat treatment hardens the blade to RC 59-61 through a rigorous heating, freezing, and reheating process. A high-panel flat grind adds strength to the blade while facilitating long, sweeping cuts ideal for field work.

Black machine-textured G-10 scales provide a firm, confident grip even in wet or bloody conditions. The removable handle design allows for easy cleaning after the job is done, and jimping along the spine delivers precise control when switching grips for detailed work.

The 664 Alpha Hunter Elite ships with a form-fitted black Kydex sheath with belt attachment, compatible with Teklok accessories. At 5.2 ounces and 8.125 inches overall, it carries comfortably on the belt without excess bulk. A lanyard hole at the base of the handle adds additional carry versatility.
