Buck’s modern folding knife lineup extends well beyond the classic 110 and 112 lockbacks. The current catalog spans premium USA-made designs in CPM-MagnaCut and S45VN alongside D2 import lines like the Nomad, Ferrox, and Stinger.
The Range Elite series represents Buck’s flagship modern folder. A 3.25" drop point blade in CPM-MagnaCut rides on ball bearings with a frame lock and reversible deep-carry clip. Aluminum handles keep weight manageable at 4.2 oz. The Mini Range scales down to 2.75" for compact carry. The Range Pro tier offers identical geometry in CPM-154CM with GFN handles.
The Sprint series targets everyday carry with a 3.1" blade on liner lock. The Sprint Pro runs S45VN with canvas micarta or marbled carbon fiber handles. The Sprint Ops adds a thumb stud opener with black canvas micarta or carbon fiber. The Sprint Select provides the same blade geometry in 420HC with GFN handles.
The Paradigm stands as Buck’s premium flipper—3.25" drop point in S35VN on IKBS bearings with a button lock. The Saunter provides a smaller gentleman’s carry option with 2.75" of S35VN and canvas micarta scales. The Budgie delivers compact EDC at 2.3" blade length.
The Nomad, Ferrox, Ruckus, and Stinger series run D2 steel with aluminum or G-10 handles. All carry Buck’s Forever Warranty, covering defects in materials and workmanship.
