The Iridium brings the DuraLock crossbar mechanism to a 4.5-inch closed folder. The 3.45-inch reverse tanto blade is ground from D2 tool steel with a black oxide coating over the entire blade. Black anodized 6061-T6 aluminum handles house steel liners and the crossbar lock mechanism, with a weight of 3.5 ounces. KVT ball bearings provide smooth opening on dual thumb studs. The ambidextrous DuraLock releases with a pull of the handle button, allowing one-handed closing. The reversible deep-carry clip works for right or left-hand carry, tip-up only. D2 steel holds an edge through repeated use and resists wear, though it requires more maintenance than stainless steels. Black anodized backspacer and lanyard hole complete the all-black design.
