The Uinta Hunter V2 is a compact fixed blade designed for hunting and detail work, built by Uinta Knife Company with a focus on clean lines and practical field performance.

Blade

The 3" drop point blade is made from AEB-L stainless steel with a stonewash finish, measuring 0.112" thick. AEB-L is a Swedish stainless steel known for excellent edge retention, strong corrosion resistance, and ease of sharpening, making it a reliable choice for skinning and detail cutting in wet or field conditions. The drop point shape keeps the tip controlled while providing enough belly for skinning and caping tasks.

Handle

The handle uses black and blue segmented G-10, a fiberglass laminate prized for its durability and grip even when wet or bloody. At 3.17oz, the knife stays light and easy to manage through extended field use.

Carry

The Hunter V2 ships with a black Kydex sheath, offering secure, low-profile retention and quick blade access. No lock mechanism is needed since this is a fixed blade - the tang and handle form one solid piece for added strength during hard use.
