The Uinta Hunter V2 is a compact fixed blade built for hunters and outdoorsmen who need a reliable field knife for skinning and game processing. Its light weight and short blade make it easy to carry all day without added bulk.

Blade

The 3" drop point blade is made from AEB-L stainless steel with a stonewash finish. AEB-L is a fine-grained stainless steel known for taking an extremely sharp edge and holding it well, while offering strong corrosion resistance for wet, messy field work. The drop point shape gives good control for detail work along with a sturdy tip.

Handle

The handle uses blue, black, and yellow segmented G-10, a fiberglass laminate material prized for its durability and grip in wet or bloody conditions. At just 3.17oz, the knife stays light in the hand for extended use.

Carry

The Hunter V2 ships with a black Kydex sheath for secure, quiet retention. Kydex is a rigid polymer that resists moisture and holds its shape over time, and the sheath can be set up for belt carry. As a fixed blade, there is no lock mechanism - the full tang design provides the strength needed for hard use in the field.
