It runs 25 grams of QuikClot Sport, a SWAT-T tourniquet, nitrile gloves with a hand wipe and disposal bag, a 5 by 9 trauma pad, and two feet of duct tape, all inside a MOLLE compatible belt pouch under six inches long. The standard Trauma Pak covers the same ground at a lower tier. Both are sized for pocket or pack carry rather than a vehicle bag.
The MOLLE trauma kits step up in capability across three tiers. The 2.0 is the comprehensive build, adding QuikClot gauze, a Multigate tourniquet, EMT shears, a finger splint, elastic and triangular bandages, an irrigation tool, an emergency blanket, and petrolatum dressings on top of the standard wound care load. It is the truck or range bag option rather than something you carry on your belt.
