The Banzelcroft MEK is a compact utility fixed blade built for minimalist everyday carry. Handmade by Banzelcroft Customs, it is sized for neck carry or pocket carry when you want a capable backup blade without added bulk.

Blade

The 2.5" blade is stainless steel in a utility profile, ground for everyday cutting tasks like opening packages, food prep, and general fine work. Stainless steel resists corrosion well, making it a low-maintenance choice for a small blade that sees frequent use.

Handle

The handle is G-10, a fiberglass laminate valued for its light weight and durability. G-10 will not absorb moisture or degrade with exposure to the elements, and it holds up well to repeated handling. At just 1.55oz total, the MEK is barely noticeable in carry.

Carry

The MEK ships with a leather sheath, allowing for compact carry around the neck or tucked into a pocket. As a fixed blade, there is no lock to engage or disengage - the knife is always ready to use once drawn from the sheath.
