Blade

The 2.5" blade is made from stainless steel with a utility profile, giving it a straightforward edge geometry suited to fine detail cutting and everyday tasks. Stainless steel resists corrosion well, making it a low-maintenance choice for a small blade that sees frequent handling.

Handle

The handle is crafted from Koa wood with natural Micarta liners. Koa is a dense Hawaiian hardwood prized for its rich grain and warm coloring, giving each knife a distinct look. Natural Micarta liners, made from resin-impregnated canvas, add durability between the wood scales and the tang. At just 1.55oz, this knife carries virtually unnoticed.

Carry

The MEK ships with a leather sheath sized for neck carry or pocket use. As a fixed blade, there is no lock to manage - the tang and handle form one solid, dependable unit. The leather sheath offers a snug friction fit for quick, quiet retrieval.
