Blade

4.25" of CPM-154 at .172" thick. Bark River's convex grind, spine to edge, no secondary bevel. CPM-154 gives you the corrosion resistance and edge retention of the 154 family with the improved carbide structure that comes from the powder metallurgy process. Strops back fast in the field.

Handle

Standard linen Micarta is cut parallel to the layers — crosscut flips that orientation and slices through them, exposing the woven linen pattern throughout the handle surface. You get a textured, almost topographic look that's distinct from piece to piece. It's still the same linen and epoxy construction, so durability and moisture resistance are identical. Black liners frame the scales along the tang and give the green a defined edge to sit against. The texture will only improve with handling.
