Bastinelli Mako Knives

The Mako takes its name seriously. The fixed Mako runs a 4.9 inch curved trailing point over a full tang, most versions in Bohler N690 with a dark stonewash or PVD finish, while the cord wrapped model swaps in D2 tool steel. Handle options track the brand's usual range, from grooved and sculpted G-10 to traditional cord wrap dressed with bronze menuki, and the top of the line wears a sculpted bronze skull for the collector who wants the theatrical version of a very functional knife. Every one ships with a molded Kydex sheath, because a blade with this much sweep needs carry hardware shaped to match.

The Mako Folder for Everyday Carry

The folding Mako compresses the same tooth profile into 2.75 inches behind a linerlock. The base model pairs D2 steel with a lightweight nylon handle, while the Gray G-10 version steps up to N690, and both keep the ring and an extended tang that make the knife easy to draw and impossible to lose track of in hand.
