The Benchmade Adamas 275-05 is a heavy-duty folder built for users who need a knife that can handle demanding outdoor and utility tasks. This version pairs a premium steel upgrade with a marbled carbon fiber handle for a lighter, refined look without sacrificing durability.

Blade

The 3.82" drop-point blade is made from MagnaCut steel with a stonewashed finish. MagnaCut is a modern powder steel engineered specifically for knife applications, offering excellent edge retention, strong corrosion resistance, and toughness that holds up well against chipping. The drop-point shape provides a strong tip and a generous belly, suited for everyday cutting tasks as well as harder field use.

Handle

The handle is built from carbon fiber, a lightweight composite material made from woven carbon fibers set in resin. It offers a rigid, durable grip while helping keep the overall weight down to 6.2oz despite the knife's larger size.

Carry

The Adamas uses Benchmade's Axis lock, a spring-loaded bar that locks the blade open and can be disengaged by pulling it back with either hand. It allows fast, secure one-handed opening and closing without needing to touch the blade. The pocket clip is reversible for right or left-hand tip-up carry.
