Brian Brown Knives

Brian Brown began making knives in 2015 in Brandon, Mississippi after discovering the craft through YouTube videos, teaching himself to build fixed blades using hand tools in his garage. What started as a weekend hobby evolved into a full-time career by May 2018, and he has since expanded from custom fixed blades into folding knives while collaborating with production companies including WE Knife, Civivi, and Reate. His designs feature streamlined, purpose-built aesthetics often inspired by aviation, with the Yeager—named after legendary test pilot Chuck Yeager—becoming one of his most recognized models. Brown's work balances custom craftsmanship with production accessibility, offering limited drops of handmade folders alongside collaborative designs that bring his clean lines and attention to detail to wider markets.
