14C28N Crossbar Lock with G-10 Handles

The Lil Yonder is a compact everyday carry folder designed by Zac Whitmore for Civivi, built for users who want a small, lightweight knife that still handles real cutting tasks. At just 2.2oz, it disappears in a pocket until you need it.

Blade

The 2.44" spey point blade is made from 14C28N stainless steel with a stonewashed finish. 14C28N is a Swedish steel known for a good balance of edge retention and corrosion resistance, and it sharpens easily when it's time for a touch-up. The spey point profile has a straight edge with a flat-ground belly, giving good control for detail work and everyday slicing tasks.

Handle

Black G-10 scales cover the handle. G-10 is a fiberglass laminate pressed under high pressure, making it lightweight, grippy, and resistant to moisture. Gray stainless steel liners add structure without adding much bulk.

Carry

The crossbar lock uses a spring-loaded bar that engages the blade tang, disengaged by pressing in on either side - fast to operate with one hand and free of the blade play common in older lock styles. The stainless pocket clip is configured for tip-up carry and can be set up for right or left-hand use.
