Blade

The 3.32" harpoon blade is made from 14C28N stainless steel with a satin finish and hollow grind. 14C28N is a Swedish steel known for a good balance of edge retention and corrosion resistance, and it sharpens easily when touch-ups are needed. The harpoon tip adds a bit of extra strength near the point while keeping a smooth belly for slicing.

Handle

Green canvas Micarta scales cover the handle and back spacer. Micarta is made from layers of linen or canvas cloth saturated in resin and compressed under heat, resulting in a durable material with a slightly textured, grippy surface. Stainless steel liners add rigidity without much added bulk. At 3.08oz, the knife carries light for its size.

Carry

The liner lock uses a spring-tensioned steel liner that locks behind the blade tang when opened, and is disengaged by pushing the liner aside. The stainless pocket clip is configurable for tip-up carry on either the right or left side, making it easy to adapt to your preferred carry style.
