The Ryson-E is a lightweight everyday carry folder designed by Sam Tran for Civivi Knives, built for users who want a dependable pocket knife without unnecessary bulk.

Blade

The 3.32" harpoon-style blade is made from 14C28N stainless steel with a gray stonewashed finish, hardened to 58-60HRC. 14C28N is a Swedish steel known for its clean sharpening characteristics, good edge retention, and strong corrosion resistance, making it a reliable choice for daily use. The hollow grind supports smooth, controlled cutting.

Handle

The handle is built from tan G-10, a fiberglass laminate prized for its light weight and durability. A matching tan G-10 back spacer completes the handle construction, while stainless steel liners add structural support. At just 3.08oz, the knife carries comfortably without adding noticeable pocket weight.

Carry

The Ryson-E uses a liner lock, where a spring-tensioned metal liner shifts behind the blade to hold it open securely during use, then is pushed aside to fold the blade closed. The reversible pocket clip is set for tip-up carry and can be configured for right or left-hand use.
