Blade

The 5" blade is made from MagnaCut steel with a satin finish at .065" thick. MagnaCut is a modern powder metallurgy steel prized for its balance of edge retention, corrosion resistance, and toughness - it holds an edge longer than most stainless steels while resisting chipping under normal use. The thin stock and satin finish keep the blade light and easy to maintain.

Handle

The 4.25" handle is built from G-10, a fiberglass laminate known for its durability and grip in wet or dry conditions. At just 4.87oz total, the Omnivore carries light without sacrificing control.

Carry

As a fixed blade, the Omnivore has no lock or moving parts - the tang runs the full length of the handle for strength. It is best carried in a sheath, worn on the belt or stored in a pack, keeping the edge protected and ready for use.
