CPM-3V Shark Lock with G-10 Handles

The AD20 XXX is the largest model in Demko's AD20 lineup, built for users who want maximum blade presence without sacrificing cutting performance. Andrew Demko designed this as a modular platform, and the XXX represents the chassis scaled to its full size, extra long, extra wide, and extra thick, while keeping the grind geometry dialed in for real slicing work.

Blade

The 4" clip point blade is CPM-3V, a steel prized for exceptional toughness alongside strong edge retention, making it well suited to hard use and heavy tasks. At .250" thick, the blade carries real weight behind the edge, adding force to push through tough material despite maintaining a thin, efficient grind. The stonewash finish helps hide wear and adds corrosion resistance.

Handle

Black G-10 scales cover the handle, a fiberglass laminate valued for its light weight, rigidity, and grip even when wet. At 9.7oz with a .650" handle thickness, this is a substantial knife built to fill the hand.

Carry

The Shark Lock is Demko's proprietary locking mechanism, a lever-actuated lock that provides secure blade lockup while remaining easy to disengage with one hand. The pocket clip is positioned for right-hand, tip-up carry only.
