20CV Shark-Lock with Aluminum Handles

The AD20.5 Stealth is the Taiwan-made version of Demko Knives' flagship AD20 platform, built to a reduced form factor while keeping a full four-finger grip. This Slicer Shark configuration pairs a DLC-coated blade with hard-anodized aluminum handles for a low-profile, all-black build suited to daily carry.

Blade

The 3.125" Slicer Shark blade is made from 20CV steel with a DLC finish. 20CV is a premium powder-metallurgy stainless steel known for high edge retention, strong corrosion resistance, and a fine grain structure that sharpens cleanly. The Slicer Shark profile blends a centerline hybrid point with a curved edge, giving it versatility for both push cuts and slicing tasks. The DLC coating adds surface hardness and further protects against corrosion.

Handle

The handle is hard-anodized aluminum, a lightweight metal that resists wear and corrosion while keeping the knife's overall weight down to 4.5oz. The anodized finish also gives the Stealth its blacked-out look.

Carry

The AD20.5 uses Demko's Shark-Lock, a rear-mounted lever lock that is engaged and disengaged with a simple push, keeping fingers clear of the blade path during closing. The pocket clip is set up for right-hand, tip-up carry only.
