Blade

The 2.7" slicer shark blade is made from 20CV steel with a DLC finish. 20CV is a premium stainless steel that holds an edge well and resists corrosion, making it a strong choice for daily use. The DLC coating adds a dark, low-friction surface that also helps guard against wear and rust. The slicer shark grind is optimized for clean, efficient cutting.

Handle

The handle is built from G-10, a fiberglass laminate known for being lightweight, durable, and stable in wet or dry conditions. At just 2.9oz, the Shark Cub Stealth carries light without feeling flimsy.

Carry

The Shark Lock is Demko's proprietary locking mechanism, engaged and released with a sliding button on the spine rather than a traditional liner or frame lock. It offers strong lockup with quick, intuitive operation. The reversible pocket clip is set up for right or left hand carry, tip up.
