Divo Knives is a boutique EDC brand founded when YouTube gear reviewer Kevin Johnson (LeftyEDC) teamed up with knife designer Colin Maisonpierre (CM Knife Designs). After handling thousands of knives for reviews, Johnson knew exactly what he wanted in an everyday carry folder—and Maisonpierre had the skills to bring that vision to life. Their debut, the Stout, launched in 2022 and quickly gained traction in the knife community.
The partnership combines Johnson's real-world testing experience with Maisonpierre's proven design expertise (his work includes the Bestech Tonic). Every Divo knife reflects their shared philosophy: build what they'd want to carry themselves, using premium materials and thoughtful ergonomics.
