Double X Knives is the one-man shop of Neal Green, a retired Army veteran who builds small fixed blade EDC knives meant to ride in a front pocket rather than on a belt. Green works in the city-knife tradition, with compact blades in the two-to three-and-a-half-inch range that disappear into daily carry without sacrificing real cutting geometry.
The work reads as heirloom grade. Hand-rubbed flat grinds, modern steels like CPM MagnaCut and CPM-154, and handle scales that run from textured G10 to dyed and stabilized burl. Every knife pairs with a custom pocket sheath cut for a clip, so the whole package carries clean and draws fast. Fit and finish is the point here, not volume.
