Double X Knives shrinks the beloved santoku profile into a fixed blade that travels where kitchen knives can't. The 3.125" pebble-finished CPM-154 blade carries that signature flat edge and sheepsfoot tip that makes the santoku a chopping machine, while two-tone Micarta and G-Carta scales provide grippy all-weather traction.
