The M2 is a modern redesign of one of Allen Elishewitz’s iconic models from the early to mid-1990s. Like every Elishewitz custom, it is made entirely by Allen in his shop using manual machines—no CNC—with an emphasis on tight tolerances and premium materials. Blade

The 3.75-inch S45VN blade is .160 inches thick and finished in Elishewitz's signature Black Snow and satin two-tone treatment, which highlights the aggressive geometry of the recurve tanto profile. S45VN is a modern powder metallurgy steel that delivers a strong balance of edge retention, toughness, and corrosion resistance, making it well suited to a hard-use design like this one.

Handle

C300 carbon fiber forms the primary handle material, giving it a lightweight yet substantial feel along with a distinctive, high-end look. A titanium bolster adds structural reinforcement and custom detailing, while a black G-10 spacer, a fiberglass laminate layer, completes the construction. The knife weighs 4.8 ounces.

Carry

The M6 uses a liner lock, where an internal metal liner shifts behind the blade tang to hold it open securely and is disengaged by pushing the liner aside. It carries with a right-hand, tip-up pocket clip for quick access.
