Blade

The 3.375" blade is made from M390, a premium powder metallurgy steel known for its excellent edge retention, corrosion resistance, and fine grain structure that allows for a refined edge. The brightwashed finish gives the blade a bright, satin-like reflective surface while helping to hide minor handling marks. At 0.156" thick, the blade has enough backbone for everyday use without feeling bulky.

Handle

Handles combine titanium with a CamoCarbon overlay, a carbon fiber weave that adds a distinctive pattern to the handle surface. Titanium is prized in knife handles for being lightweight yet strong and highly resistant to corrosion. Together the materials keep total weight to just 4.34oz.

Carry

The Talon uses Hawk Knives' proprietary Hawk Lock, a distinctive locking mechanism that sets it apart from standard liner or frame locks. The pocket clip is positioned for right-hand, tip-up carry only.
