The DeVille R2 from High Grain Designs is the second production run of this everyday carry folder, refined with an enlarged choil for better control, deeper-recessed scale screws for a smoother feel in hand, and added spine jimping for a secure forward grip. It's built for collectors and EDC users who want thoughtful detail work in a daily carry knife.

Blade

The 3.25" blade is made from Elmax steel with a two-tone satin finish and measures 0.125" thick. Elmax is a powder metallurgy steel chosen for its strong balance of edge retention, toughness, and corrosion resistance, making it well suited to the demands of everyday carry.

Handle

The handle scales are carbon fiber, a lightweight woven composite known for its rigidity and distinctive visual texture, paired here with purple accents and black PVD titanium hardware. Handle thickness comes in at 0.50", and the complete knife weighs 4.55oz.

Carry

The DeVille R2 uses a linerlock, where a spring-tensioned liner shifts behind the blade tang to hold it open, releasing with a simple push to the side for one-handed closing. The pocket clip is set up for right-hand, tip-up carry only.
