The Aros is a slim, minimalist folder from Danish maker Jens Anso, designed for collectors and everyday carry enthusiasts who want a well-made knife with clean lines and no extra bulk.

Blade

The 2.5" blade is made from RWL34 steel with a stonewashed finish. RWL34 is a powder metallurgy stainless steel similar in composition to ATS-34, prized for its fine grain structure, good edge retention, and ease of sharpening. The stonewashed finish hides handling marks and adds corrosion resistance.

Handle

The handle is grey titanium with amber accents. Titanium is a lightweight, corrosion-resistant metal that also flexes slightly, which helps it hold up over years of use without deforming. At just 2.35oz, this knife carries light in the pocket.

Carry

The Aros uses a button lock, which releases the blade instantly with a press of the button rather than requiring you to manipulate a lock bar. This is a manual knife - the blade must still be opened by hand. The pocket clip is set up for right-hand, tip-up carry only.
