The Launch 7, designed by Tim Galyean, stretches to a 3.75" clip point blade in MagnaCut steel with a stonewashed finish. This USA-made automatic pairs a carbon fiber front scale with a black anodized aluminum back, creating a two-tone handle that reduces weight to 2.9 ounces despite the longer blade. Machined contours run along both the top and bottom of the handle, adding grip surface while giving the knife an industrial profile. The backspacer integrates fully into the handle rather than sitting as a separate piece, which tightens up the overall construction. At 8.6" open and 4.9" closed, this is one of the longer options in the Launch series. A ball bearing pivot supports the button deployment mechanism, and the ambidextrous pocket clip positions tip-up.
