The Kershaw Leek 1660CF upgrades the classic design with carbon fiber handles and CPM 154 blade steel. The 3-inch stonewashed blade features powdered metallurgy CPM 154 for uniform carbide distribution, delivering enhanced edge retention compared to standard 14C28N. Made in the USA, this Ken Onion design maintains SpeedSafe assisted opening via flipper tab or thumbstud. The carbon fiber construction reduces weight to 2.4 ounces while providing strength and a textured grip surface. Heat treated to 58-60 HRC, the 0.09-inch blade stock offers the modified drop-point geometry characteristic of the Leek series. The linerlock mechanism secures the blade during use, and the reversible pocket clip accommodates tip-up or tip-down carry on the right side.
