KME Low Profile Standard Jaws

The low profile standard jaws permit sharpening much smaller knives than the originals and also allow for much lower sharpening angles on all knives. ...and yes, they are compatible and will work in older models of the KME system.

With exceptional grip strength and increased stone clearance, the low profile standard jaws permit sharpening a wide range of blade sizes and shapes.

Saber grinds, full flat grinds, and even full hollow ground blades are held securely with no need to tape or shim the blades.

**These jaws are now standard on all KME models produced since September 2013. If you have an older version this is a great excellent upgrade option.
