The LT Wright Maverick Colt is a compact, do-it-all fixed blade with an unassuming design that just works. It started life as the little brother to the Maverick Scout camp knife, scaled down to handle lighter duty with ease. Cutting tie down rope, slicing bacon at camp, dressing small game up to deer sized animals, light bushcraft, or simple everyday carry, the Colt takes it all in stride.
Measuring 6.5 inches overall with a 2.88 inch drop point blade, the Maverick Colt carries light at under 3 ounces yet feels solid and capable in the hand. It is ground from A2 tool steel with a slicing full flat grind, a tough, wear resistant steel that takes a keen edge, holds it through hard use, and touches up easily in the field. The rounded micarta handle fills the hand comfortably for its size and gives you a secure grip in any weather, while the full tang build keeps it stout enough for hard work.
