Luft Concepts designs EDC folding knives manufactured by Reate Knives in China, with co-founders Ryan Rimmer and Jake Wright establishing the company in summer 2020. The AVNT features a 3.25-inch Böhler M390 stainless steel blade with hollow grind and hand-rubbed satin finish, paired with marbled carbon fiber scales or honeycomb-milled titanium handles inspired by German automotive grille patterns. Titanium liner lock mechanisms use bearing pivot systems with zirconium pivot collars and backspacers for smooth blade deployment via flipper or thumb hole. The RWB model employs CPM S90V blade steel at 3.5 inches with titanium framelock construction and options for shredded carbon fiber inlays, bronze titanium scales, or black DLC coatings. Wire pocket clips offer tip-up carry with left or right-hand configuration. Both models accept Skiff ceramic bearings (3/16" pivot, 1/16" 11-ball) and Lynch Spyderco wire clips as aftermarket upgrades. The BXTR production runs through Fox Knives while Kansept Knives manufactures the QTRO model. Luft Concepts transitioned to USA manufacturing in 2025 with the LTL fixed blade made in Arizona with Texas-made sheaths, representing the first knife in the Luft USA line after two years developing domestic OEM partnerships.
