MagnaCut Frame Lock with Titanium Handles

The McNees Dixon is a bold, high-performance folding knife built for hard use. Originally designed in 2010, this updated version combines its signature aggressive styling with modern refinements. The Dixon is made entirely in the USA and features a deep hollow grind on the blade for excellent edge retention and cutting performance.

Blade

The 3.75" drop point blade uses MagnaCut steel at 0.150" thick with a stonewash finish. MagnaCut is a modern powder metallurgy steel known for its excellent balance of edge retention, corrosion resistance, and toughness. The deep hollow grind and 63-64 HRC heat treat give it a razor-sharp edge ready for demanding tasks.

Handle

Atomic Bronze Dragonscale titanium handles are lightweight yet incredibly strong. Titanium is a premium handle material that resists corrosion, stands up to hard use, and develops a beautiful patina over time. The 5.47oz weight is substantial enough for chopping tasks but still comfortable for everyday carry.

Carry

The Dixon uses a frame lock mechanism, where the entire handle frame flexes to lock the blade. This design is simple, strong, and utterly reliable. The frame lock is right-hand specific. The pocket clip is configured for tip-up, right-hand carry only.
