The McNees Dixon is a bold, high-performance folding knife designed for hard use. Originally sketched in 2010, this updated version stays true to its rugged roots while incorporating years of refinement. Built in the USA with premium materials, the Dixon combines aggressive styling with practical functionality.

Blade

The 3.75" drop point blade uses MagnaCut steel at 0.150" thick with a deep hollow grind and 63-64 HRC heat treat. MagnaCut is a modern powder metallurgy steel known for excellent edge retention, corrosion resistance, and toughness. The satin stonewash finish protects against wear while maintaining a low-visibility appearance. The hollow grind creates a thin, acute edge ideal for slicing tasks.

Handle

Atomic Bronze Rock Titanium handles weigh 5.47 ounces and feature satin hardware. Titanium provides excellent strength-to-weight ratio and corrosion resistance. The frame lock mechanism secures the blade open during use.

Additional Features

The Dixon includes a right-hand-only, tip-up pocket clip for convenient carry. The knife measures 8.375" open and 4.625" closed.
