The McNees FX MUK is a compact fixed blade built by McNees Custom Knives for everyday carry and light utility work. Its small footprint and low weight make it an easy knife to carry daily without sacrificing the durability of a full fixed blade design.

Blade

The 3.5" drop point blade is made from MagnaCut steel at .125" thick, finished in an Atomic Stonewash. MagnaCut is a modern powder metallurgy steel designed to deliver strong edge retention, excellent corrosion resistance, and good toughness all in one package, which is why it has become a favorite among custom makers. The drop point shape keeps the tip controlled while providing a versatile edge for everyday cutting tasks.

Handle

The handle is finished in green G-10, a fiberglass laminate material valued for its light weight, grippy texture, and resistance to moisture. At just over 3oz total, the FX MUK carries with almost no noticeable weight on the belt or around the neck.

Carry

The FX MUK ships with a form-fitted Kydex sheath that offers secure retention and a low-profile carry option, whether worn on the belt or configured for neck carry. As a fixed blade, there is no lock mechanism involved since the blade and handle form one continuous piece of steel.
