The Medford Primus is a new marquis folder from Greg Medford, built for everyday carry and hard use with the full titanium construction Medford is known for. Designed and handcrafted in Phoenix, Arizona, the Primus runs a 3.85" CPM 3V blade at a substantial .260" thick, paired with 6AL-4V titanium handles and a frame lock. At 9.52 ounces, it has the solid, in-hand heft that Medford knives are known for. Greg Medford calls it "the highest expression of what I've learned in 15 years of knife design and making."

The knife features an all-new titanium clip design that accents the three-facet shape of the handle and carries Greg Medford's signature as a subtle clip marking. The all-titanium breaker balances the knife while providing a lanyard hole for carry and a glassbreaker for striking. Like every Medford, the Primus is made entirely under one roof in Phoenix, from raw blade steel and titanium through cutting, machining, grinding, heat treating, finishing, and assembly.
