The Morakniv Amberg Full Flat S is a Swedish-made outdoor cooking and precision knife, built for campers and outdoor cooks who want clean cuts and easy cleanup in the field.

Blade

The 4.3" blade is made from 14C28N stainless steel, 0.125" thick, with a full flat grind and secondary bevel. This steel is hardened and cryogenically treated to 58 HRC, giving it strong edge retention along with good corrosion resistance for wet or food-prep environments. The flat grind reduces cutting resistance and produces clean slices, though the polished spine means it is not suited for striking a ferro rod.

Handle

The handle is made of TPE, a soft thermoplastic elastomer that provides a secure, comfortable grip even when wet or greasy. At 5.68oz, the knife stays light and easy to maneuver during extended food prep or carving tasks.

Carry

The knife includes a polypropylene click-on mount sheath that securely holds the blade and allows quick attachment to a belt or pack. As a fixed blade, there is no lock mechanism - the tang and handle form one solid, dependable unit.
