Blade

The 6" blade is made from Uddeholm Elmax SuperClean, a powder-metallurgy stainless steel at 0.165" thick. Elmax is prized for combining high wear resistance with excellent edge retention and solid corrosion resistance, so it holds a working edge through extended use while resisting rust in wet field conditions.

Handle

The handle is Polypropene, a tough, lightweight synthetic polymer that resists moisture, impact, and temperature extremes. At 10.65oz total weight, the knife balances well for extended use without feeling front-heavy.

Carry

The knife ships with a matching Polypropene sheath that provides secure, weather-resistant carry. As a fixed blade with full-tang construction, there is no lock mechanism - the blade and handle form one continuous, rigid piece built to withstand hard use.
