Olight's lantern and camping light lineup covers three product lines — traditional lanterns, compact orb lights, and smart ambient spheres — each designed around a different use case and carry profile. Every product in this category is rechargeable with a built-in battery and designed for indoor and outdoor use.
Olantern Series
The Olantern series takes the classic barn-style lantern silhouette and fills it with modern LED technology and rechargeable lithium-ion power. The Olantern Mini is the compact entry point — 150 lumens of white light across three levels plus a 1-lumen red mode for night vision preservation, all in a palm-sized zinc alloy housing with a fold-out handle and 48 hours of runtime on a 2,000 mAh battery.
The Olantern Classic 2 Pro is the full-size workhorse. It runs warm white and warm orange LEDs through a stepless rotary dimmer at up to 300 lumens, backed by an 11,200 mAh battery pack that pushes runtime to 7.5 days. Dual USB output — USB-A and USB-C at 18W — turns it into an emergency power bank capable of charging phones, speakers, and small electronics. The Classic 2 Pro Smart adds Olight app control for remote brightness and mode adjustment without leaving the camp chair.
Obulb Series
The Obulb line is a different concept entirely — small rechargeable orb lights that function as ambient lighting, night lights, tent lights, and signal markers. All models feature magnetic bases, IPX7 waterproofing, and impact resistance that makes them tougher than they look.
The Obulb MC runs 75 lumens through warm white and RGB color modes in a 2-inch sphere weighing just over 2 ounces. The Obulb Pro steps up to 240 lumens with a 1,650 mAh battery, 84 hours of runtime, and Bluetooth app control for mode, color, and brightness adjustment. The Obulb Pro S builds on that foundation with stepless dimming, music rhythm sync through the Olight Hub app, and an extended 156-hour runtime on the same battery. If you need ambient light you can toss in a bag, clip to a tent, or stick to a truck bed, the Obulb line covers it.
Sphere Series
The Sphere and Sphere C are Olight's smart ambient lights — 75-lumen rechargeable RGB orbs with transparent shells, 360-degree light distribution, and full app control for color, brightness, countdown timers, music sync, and group management for up to 100 units. Both run on 700 mAh batteries with up to 40 hours of runtime and feature magnetic bases with included adhesive metal badges for mounting on non-metal surfaces.
The difference between the two is charging. The original Sphere uses Olight's MCC magnetic cable. The Sphere C switches to USB-C, eliminating the proprietary cable requirement. Both are IP56 rated for dust and splash resistance and built to handle 1.5-meter drops. They overlap with the Obulb line in form factor but lean more toward smart home and lifestyle use than field duty.
