MagnaCut Frame Lock with Titanium Handles

The OBJ-2 is a mid-tech folder designed and built by Rangermade Knife & Tool in Colorado. It combines high-end materials with meticulous hand-finishing, appealing to knife enthusiasts who appreciate both mechanical precision and artistic craftsmanship.

Blade

The 3.375" drop point blade uses MagnaCut steel, a modern powder metallurgy steel designed for exceptional edge retention and corrosion resistance. The drop point shape is a versatile general-purpose profile with a strong tip and moderate belly curve, well-suited for EDC, hunting, and utility tasks. The blade is hand-ground in-house for precise geometry and a clean finish.

Handle

Titanium handles are lighter than steel, stronger than aluminum, and completely corrosion-proof. They develop a unique patina with use and are warm to the touch. The titanium is hand-matched, deburred, and finished in Rangermade's Colorado shop. At 4.5oz, the OBJ-2 carries lighter than many titanium framelocks.

Carry

The frame lock mechanism provides secure one-handed opening and closing. The pocket clip is right-hand only, tip-up carry. The titanium backspacer and clip are integrated into the handle design.
