The Reate Vulpex VK-FUX is a slim, refined folder designed for everyday carry. Reate Knives is known for tight machining and smooth action, and the Vulpex brings that quality into a compact, pocket-friendly package.

Blade

The 3.3" drop point blade is made from Elmax steel with a black DLC coating. Elmax is a powder metallurgy steel that balances strong edge retention with good corrosion resistance and toughness, making it reliable for daily use. The DLC coating adds extra surface hardness and reduces glare while helping resist corrosion.

Handle

The handle is titanium with a black PVD finish. Titanium is lightweight, corrosion resistant, and naturally strong, which keeps the knife at just 3.83oz despite its full-size feel. The PVD coating adds a durable, low-glare finish to the surface.

Carry

This knife uses a linerlock, where a spring-tensioned liner shifts behind the blade to hold it open; pushing the liner aside releases the lock for closing. The pocket clip is mounted for right-hand, tip-up carry only.
