MagnaCut Fixed Blade with Micarta Handles

The Drake is a precision fixed blade built for processing small game, from trout to turkey, duck to dove. Designed by hunters and anglers, it trades bulk for finesse, giving field dressing and delicate cutting tasks a dedicated tool instead of a general-purpose knife.

Blade

The 2.79" drop point blade is ground from MagnaCut steel at just 0.1" thick with a full flat grind and stonewash finish. MagnaCut is a modern stainless steel that holds an edge exceptionally well while resisting corrosion, making it well suited to wet, messy field work. Hardened to 61-63 HRC, it stays sharp through hours of processing without chipping or rolling.

Handle

The handle scales are Micarta, a resin-impregnated linen or canvas composite known for its durability and secure grip even when wet. A scalloped front corner gives comfortable leverage for a pinch grip, and subtle texture keeps hold secure with messy hands while still wiping clean. At only 1.6oz, the knife carries virtually unnoticed.

Carry

The Drake ships with a modular, ambidextrous black Kydex sheath featuring adjustable-retention friction fit. The reconfigurable belt clip supports vertical carry, scout carry, pocket carry, or attachment to a chest rig or pack, letting you adapt carry position to the task at hand.
