MagnaCut Fixed Blade with G-10 Handles

The Reiff Rut is purpose-built for field dressing and camp use. Designed around the demands of breaking down game cleanly and efficiently, it handles everything from cape work to quartering, then transitions easily into everyday bushcraft tasks.

Blade

The 3.81" blade is made from CPM MagnaCut steel with a stonewash finish, ground at 0.14" thick in a high flat saber grind. MagnaCut is a modern powder metallurgy steel that delivers strong edge retention, excellent corrosion resistance, and enough toughness to hold up to repeated field use. The straight-back profile puts a flat spine under your finger or thumb for added control, the precision tip handles delicate work around the head and hide, and the full sweeping belly powers long slicing cuts. The stonewash finish resists glare and hides the wear that comes with blood and brush.

Handle

The 4.43" handle is built from G-10, a fiberglass laminate that stays grippy when wet and resists cracking under hard use. Strategic jimping is placed on the spine near the tip, at the front and rear of the handle, and on the handle where the forefinger rests, giving constant tactile feedback on hand position even when visibility or feel is compromised. Weight comes in at 6 ounces.

Carry

The Rut ships with a black Kydex modular sheath that is ambidextrous, allowing it to be configured for either side carry. The molded fit holds the knife securely while staying low-profile for pack or belt carry in the field.
