Blade

The 3.5" drop point blade uses CPM 20CV stainless steel, a premium powder metallurgy steel with excellent edge retention and corrosion resistance. The full flat grind and tumbled finish make it a capable slicer for everyday tasks. At 0.090" thick, it balances strength and slicing ability.

Handle
