The Atom from Three Rivers Manufacturing is a lightweight, precision-built folder for everyday carry enthusiasts who want premium materials in a compact package. Its 3D contoured handles and refined geometry make it as comfortable in hand as it is in the pocket.

Blade

The 3.5" blade is made from MagnaCut steel with a tumbled finish. MagnaCut is a modern powder steel engineered for an excellent balance of edge retention, toughness, and corrosion resistance, making it well-suited to hard daily use without the upkeep of older tool steels. At just 0.090" thick, the blade stays light while maintaining a strong cutting edge.

Handle

The handle scales are made from 80's CamoCarbon, a patterned carbon fiber material that is both lightweight and rigid. The 3D contouring shapes the scales for a more ergonomic grip. Combined with the slim 0.390" handle thickness, the whole knife weighs only 3oz.

Carry

The Atom uses a linerlock, where a spring-loaded metal liner inside the handle locks behind the blade tang to hold it open. Pushing the liner aside releases the blade for closing. A right-hand, tip-up pocket clip keeps the knife accessible and discreet for quick deployment.
