Weighing just 3 oz., the Atom features a 3.5" full flat ground blade made from CPM MagnaCut steel, which maximizes edge retention, corrosion resistance, and toughness simultaneously. The knife includes pocketed titanium liners, custom titanium hardware, and over 30 swappable scale options, making it a customer favorite often described as a 'Folding Scalpel.'

The handle is made from Autumn Orange Micarta, which is layers of fabric soaked in phenolic resin and compressed under heat and pressure. It offers a slightly textured grip that improves when wet and has a refined, almost canvas-like appearance. The knife is designed for everyday utility with TRM's signature fit and finish, and it is 100% made and manufactured in the USA.

The Atom features a right-hand-only, tip-up pocket clip and a liner lock mechanism. It has an overall length of 8.1875" and a closed length of 4.6875". The blade has a drop point style and a tumbled finish, with a thickness of 0.090" and a handle thickness of 0.390".
