The Neutron 2 from Three Rivers Manufacturing is a lightweight, precision-made EDC folder for enthusiasts who want premium materials in a slim, pocketable package. Its 3D contoured handle scales add ergonomic shaping not found on flat-ground production knives.

Blade

The 3" drop point blade is made from MagnaCut steel with a tumbled finish. MagnaCut is a modern powder steel engineered for an excellent balance of edge retention, toughness, and corrosion resistance, making it well suited to daily carry use. At 0.090" thick, the blade stays nimble for everyday cutting tasks.

Handle

The handle scales are 3D contoured Python Micarta, a linen and resin composite known for its durability and secure grip even when wet. The contouring removes sharp edges and shapes the handle to fit the hand more naturally. Weighing just 2.5oz, the Neutron 2 carries light in the pocket.

Carry

The linerlock uses a spring-tensioned metal liner that locks behind the blade's base to hold it open securely, and is released by pushing the liner aside. The pocket clip is set up for right-hand, tip-up carry only.
