CPM-154 Linerlock with Titanium Handles

The TRM Neutron 2 is a compact, ultra-slicey folder built for collectors and EDC users who want a lightweight knife with premium fit and finish. This version features a custom hollow grind applied by Mike Irie, optimizing the blade for effortless slicing beyond the standard factory grind.

Blade

The 3" drop point blade is made from CPM-154 stainless steel with a mirror polished finish. CPM-154 is a premium powder-metallurgy steel known for excellent edge retention, good toughness, and strong corrosion resistance, making it a favorite among knifemakers for high-performance blades. The custom hollow grind thins the edge geometry for laser-like slicing performance.

Handle

The handle is precision-machined titanium, a lightweight and corrosion-resistant metal that offers excellent strength without adding bulk. At just 3.05oz, the Neutron 2 carries light while maintaining a durable, minimalist structure.

Carry

This knife uses a linerlock, where a spring-tensioned liner locks behind the blade tang to hold it open securely; pressing the liner sideways releases it for closing. The pocket clip is positioned for right-hand, tip-up carry only.
