TOPS Neck Knives
TOPS Knives applies the same overbuilt construction philosophy to neck knives that defines the rest of the lineup. These are compact fixed blades built as backup tools, defensive carry, and ultra-low-profile EDC, scaled down from the larger TOPS catalog without giving up the full-tang construction, hand-finished edges, and made-in-USA build quality. Every neck knife ships in a fitted Kydex sheath designed for chain or paracord carry around the neck.
Defensive Daggers and Karambit Style Neck Knives
TOPS defensive neck knife designs lean on karambit-style finger rings, double-edge geometry, and skeletonized profiles built for concealment. The Papa Delta, designed by Leo Espinoza with input from a retired undercover police officer, runs a 1.63 inch double-edge 1095 blade in a thin skeletonized frame with Midnight Bronze Cerakote. Its open finger ring is built to release the user's finger under violent grip compromise rather than retain it like a traditional karambit. The I.C.E. Dagger, designed by Andy Tran, scales up to a 3 inch double-edge compound-ground blade with G-10 scales and a closed karambit finger ring scalloped for impact use, with a Kydex sheath available with a neck chain or beta loops.
Survival, Utility, and Multi-Tool Neck Knives
For users who want a neck-carried tool focused on outdoor utility rather than defensive use, the lineup covers a range of small workhorses. The Hoffman Harpoon, designed by survival outdoorsman Terrill Hoffman, runs a 2.5 inch 1095 blade with a paracord-wrapped handle and a profile that can be lashed to a pole as a spear in true survival situations. The Mini Hoffman Harpoon scales the geometry tighter for deeper concealment. The ALRT 01, short for Anywhere Last Resort Tool, is built as ultra-compact emergency capability, and the Chico and Lil Fixer cover small-format general utility cuts for EDC and pack carry.
1095 High Carbon Steel and Kydex Neck Carry
Every TOPS neck knife is built from full-tang 1095 high carbon steel at 56 to 58 HRC, with Midnight Bronze, Black Cerakote, or black traction coatings to control corrosion. Handle treatments range from skeletonized bare steel for maximum concealment to G-10, canvas micarta, and paracord wraps for grip during hard use. The included Kydex sheaths are molded for neck carry on a ball chain or paracord lanyard, and most accept belt clips for waistband, pocket, or pack mounting when neck carry is not the right answer.
