The NexoMorph is WE Knife Company's shape-shifting design, transforming from a compact 4.03" closed folder into an extended 2.58" wide grip for push-cut tasks. It's built for users who want a knife that can adapt its ergonomics on the fly, whether for detailed pocket carry or a more secure grip during use.
Blade
The 2.95" drop point blade is made from Bohler M390, a premium powder steel known for excellent edge retention, strong corrosion resistance, and fine grain structure that takes a refined edge. The stonewashed finish hides small scratches from daily carry and adds a worn, low-glare look. A flat grind runs behind the edge for efficient slicing.
Handle
Handles are 6AL4V titanium in a gray finish, a lightweight yet strong aerospace-grade alloy that resists corrosion and wears well over time. The morphing mechanism uses a brass button to shift the frame between its two configurations, while a separate stainless steel button operates the blade lock. Total weight is 4.28oz, light for a knife with this much mechanical complexity.
Carry
The blade is secured by a button lock, releasing the blade with a straightforward push of the stainless steel release. Combined with the morphing frame, the NexoMorph can switch between a compact carry position and an extended grip position without needing to reconfigure the pocket clip. The knife rides on a titanium pocket clip suited for tip-up carry.
